6. Refund Policy

  • EverydayViews subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not accessed or used the Service during that period. Once the Service has been accessed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

  • PODMAKING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amiens, France.
